Welcome to Mani

an authentic region which has preserved its traditions and soul.

We are Tatiana and Jérôme and have been living since 2012 in Saidona, a charming little village nestled at an altitude of about 600 m in Taygetos, with the Gulf of Messinia as a balcony.

  • 1kg of Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese)

  • 1 large cucumber

  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic (or more if you want a stronger flavour

  • Salt

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • ​Dill (optional)

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 cucumber

  • Salt

  • Oregano

  • Olive oil (according to taste)

  • 200g Greek Feta

  • Kalamata black olives
